contact forms are NOT working

I’ve got several inbound forms setup to capture to leads and they do capture to leads, but I don’t get any emails or email summaries from these contact forms, so I never know when they come in without constantly checking manually for new leads? I have my email setup in the form so I would suspect I should receive an email notification? Also, the auto responder for new leads via forms, is not sending out any emails either?

Any ideas to fix this?
