Contact form7 mail2 doesnt work

All e-mails that come in via contact form 7 works. We receive all requests only mail2 (we use it as automatic respons) does not arrive at the customer. I’ve searched all over the internet but can’t seem to find anything useful. I hope somebody can help me to solve this problem.
