Contact Form won’t submit

Where can we see the website in question?

Hi I still haven’t heard back and the forms still aren’t sending. When you hit submit all you see the spinner icon.

I only see this:

Your IP Address is blocked.
Reason: Your location (JP) has been blocked.
Please contact an administrator.

Not sure why that is happening. I see that there are other users experiencing the same issues we are. Has there been any solutions to this issue
