Contact form with Quiz and Survey Master plugin

    At the end of the survey, just the shortcode shows up for the jetpack contact form. Any ideas what could cause this? I have a jetpack contact form working fine on the home page outside of QSM.

    Depending on how the survey plugin works, it may not be executing third-party shortcodes like ours.

    In general for things like this, I recommend linking to a contact page instead.
