Contact form widget not working

The contact form that comes with this theme isn’t working. I’ve entered the email address I want the messages to go to, but I don’t have the “Site key” or “Secret key” filled out – is this why?
It doesn’t look like WP supports them anymore so I’m not sure where I’m supposed to get one:
