Contact Form Time Out

Having trouble with Contact Form 7 timing out. Error message generated at top of page, “Suma Miami” Page Not Found-Possible that page is not in my Server (ipage.com). Form information stays there until I refresh (F5)or exit completely. However, the information is correct when I check my email. Using just a basic form to test with. Please Help!
