Contact Form Submitting But Not Sending Out Email

This seems to be an issue across all of my newly updated sites…

The form will submit with a success message underneath, but after checking my emails in the spam, focussed and others there is nothing. I have tried my personal and work email addresses as the “To” address with no luck.

I saw some recommendations for me to roll back to a previous version of CF7 but that did not work either.

Is there a solution to this issue?
