Contact form stuck at ‘sending’

    Dear Support,

    I am facing a problem with enabling sending contact form via email. When sending via email is disabled, the form works fine, but once enabled, it stucks when clicking SEND button. Could you please check this and advice? Thank you in advance!

    In order for us to try to reproduce the issue and investigate it, could you please share the System Info details on WPForms ? Tools ? System Info?

    Hello, thank you for your quick response. I am not sure how to extract the system info as I am using WP Forms builder. Under the menu, I see only Forms, Entries and Settings.

    Thanks for the screenshot!

    It seems you’re using a plugin called “WP Forms”, but it’s not our WPForms plugin. Here’s a screenshot of how is WPForms menu in the WordPress sidebar.

    I recommend checking that plugin on the Plugins page, and here’s another screenshot. You could click on “View details” to know more about the plugin installed on your site, and check the plugin’s page to request support.
