Contact Form setting has disappeared in 4.8

    As the title says. The Contact Form setting was on the Writing tab in 4.7.1, but it’s not there in 4.8 and I’ve looked long and hard over all the other tabs and can’t find it anywhere.

    The functionality is still present and works if enabled in 4.7.x before updating, but it seems can’t be enabled in a fresh 4.8 install.

  • I can’t found the Tiled Gallery option too :/ Even if I’m enabling Photon on all the website ?? I’m going back to 4.7.1.

    The feature should indeed now be automatically activated for you when you first install Jetpack. If that’s not the case, try the following:

    1. Go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    3. Click on “Debug”
    4. At the bottom of the Debug page that loads, click to access the full module list.
    5. Activate the Contact Form module there.

    The Contact Form of JetPack 4.8 began show HTML tags: https://ibb.co/kmegfa. Before (4.7.1): https://ibb.co/hJG56F. I’m going back to the 4.7.1 version.
    The Debug shows a good result, no errors.

    The feature should indeed now be automatically activated for you when you first install Jetpack.

    I tested again (uninstall and reinstall) and it still isn’t (it becomes deactivated).

    At the bottom of the Debug page that loads, click to access the full module list.

    I don’t see anything to click to access the full module list. I am using Jetpack in development mode, so the debug page says “It looks like your site cannot communicate properly with Jetpack.” Is it not possible to access the full module list from the Debug page when using Jetpack in development mode? And/or could development mode be the reason the feature isn’t automatically activated?
