Contact Form Returning Error but Storing Emails

  • Validation rules seem to be off right now. Users when they input their email at https://www.scorelord.co are presented with an error corresponding to the error “Sender’s message failed to send”.

    However when I check the email list, they are indeed being added to the list in mailchimp. It doesn’t seem like they are receiving the initial emails either though.

    Is there something up with the plugin by any chance?

    Any idea whats up? The users don’t get the welcome email or the confirmation?

    But it does communicate and pass the email to MailChimp. It’s therefore definitely something wrong with the plugin itself and NOT the mailchimp integration.

    P.S. I have since changed the message to say “Thanks. If you’ve successfully subscribed, you’ll receive mail shortly!”…but it’s red so don’t think that it is working!
