Contact form returning a ‘0’ on white page

    This is my new form that allows front end users to add an event to the page https://www.fight-match.co.uk/fight-events

    I normally approve them in the back end or that was the plan, today when testing it the confirmation of being sent just showed a zero instead of ‘thank you for you submission’

    I have posted this in wordpress forum someone said some files may be missing, but I cant understand how files can go missing when the site was working fine last night

    Can anyone advise, please bear in mind I have no knowledge whatsoever

    What plugin are you using to provide that functionality? WordPress doesn’t provide contact forms on its own.

    Hi not 8f it is a contact form I just didn’t know the correct terminology but there isn’t a plugin that controls it…gard coded I think

    How exactly was it hard coded? Is it part of the theme? If it’s part of the theme, what is the name of the theme and where did you acquire it from?

    Hi the theme is sage and the work for the events page was done recently, a month ago by a dev who is un contactable as his mum has died…I don’t recall any new plugins…unless he has used an existing such as acf…thanks
