Contact Form Response not working

Hi all,

OK this I have been struggling with for quite some time. I have created a contact form based off of a helpful tutorial I found. It works perfectly fine on my own personal website. However, I am redesigning a site for someone and the error message or confirmation message does not appear when I press submit on their site.

I’m guessing it is conflicting with the script from the previous designer’s files, but unfortunately I don’t have access to those. I have also changed all of the variables to unique names, but it is still not working. Any help or suggestions would be crazy appreciated.
