contact form reload after send

Hi Andrew,

I have a SO contact form in the footer of a subdomain. After clicking the send button the site will always reload the last used call to action slug and this leads to a 404 error, because no page with this slugs exist.

How can I link to one predefined page when the send butten is clicked, otherwise I would have to built 20 pages or more for all slugs, or is there a better way to solve the issue?
