Contact form redirects to sub-domain index

    My subsite works fine except that I users get directed to the main site to register, and then get redirected to the subfolder index.

    Same thing happens when a user fills out a contact form (FS Contact plugin). After submitting the form, the user gets redirected to an ugly Apache index page for the subfolder.

    Site is https://ssnet.org/
    Subsite is https://sabbathissues.org/
    Subsite sits in folder https://ssnet.org/sabbathissues/

    Could the fact that I pointed the domain through CPanel AND WordPress make any difference?
