Contact Form Redirects

Dear Support,
This is my first time using the Contact form from the free version of “Qubely – Advanced Gutenberg Blocks”.
When I submit the form I get this error:

This page isn’t workingofficenerds.co.za redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have cleared my cookies – no effect.

I am using Yith Proteo Theme, and one other plugin (Conditional Menus-Themify).
I have used https:// (no SSL)

I don’t know what I have done wrong- your help would be greatly appreciated!
