Contact Form Plugins – 2 issues

    I’m having much difficulty getting a contact form to work with this lite version. I have tried several (the now non-existent Champion Forms does appear and send mail) – here is what I’m experiencing:

    1) Many contact form plugins do not appear on the page
    2) Many contact form plugins do not send mail

    Any ideas? I do have 25+ WordPress sites on this server (IIS) that all display forms and send email properly.

    It works properly with contact form 7, can you please maintains the plugin that you used for contact form?

    My contact forms are still in my Database, but no longer appear on my pages. In my WPAdmin, I am seeing This Account has Been Suspended. Anyone know why that would happen.
