Contact Form plugin with help on Field Labels and Values

  • Can someone please recommend one of the WordPress contact form plugins that gives assistance on identifying field labels and values. I have no programming knowledge and can’t even find any information identifying what the options are for these fields. I am using the Thesis theme. Thank you so much!
