Contact form plugin that works on IIS

  • I am looking for a contact form plugin that works on a Windows server that is running IIS.

    I understand that there are a number of posts out there telling me how to configure Contact Form 7 so please, no further links to those.

    Has anyone successfully loading a contact form on a server running via IIS that works, easily.
