Contact Form Plug-In

I need help finding a couple plug-in or any advice about how to achieve what I’m trying to do.

1) Every “post” is going to have a contact form with that simply ask for name, email, phone and message. I would like to have the results of these forms emailed to different email addresses that I specify in a custom field. For example, in my posts I’d create a custom field that says email, if I specify [email protected] as the email address in the custom field, then I want the results of that form emailed to that address.

2) I’d like to have visitors be able to submit a post — kinda, without registering. The idea is that they would fill out a form with many of the same custom post fields as well as title and categories. When they hit submit a draft post would be create, then the admin (me) would be able to review and edit the draft before it appears on the site.

Any help on how to do either of these would be very much appreciated.
