• Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me find what I’m looking for. I’ve talked to a few developers of contact forms and they said theirs can’t perform what I’m looking to do.

I’m looking for a plugin to create a Multi-Product Order form for submitting. We have a lot of products with many variations including Manufacturer, Models, Specs, ect. My thought was a row of dropdown menus with conditional logic to determine the exact product the customer is looking for. Which is easy enough with many of the form plugins.

What I haven’t been able to find is a plugin that at the end of this row has a little “add” or “plus” button to add an identical row of dropdown menus for product two. Which I was told was “repeat field sets” option, I’m not sure if that’s correct.

    My example is:
Product 1: [Dropdown 1] [Dropdown 2] [Dropdown 3] [Dropdown 4] [add or plus button]
If you use this button a row for product two appears.

I’m hoping do it this way for a very clean look especially since some customers are looking for one item and others are looking for twenty. I don’t have any need for payment process attached to it as most customers are repeaters and get billed at the end of cycles.

Any information is greatly appreciated even if it’s just pointing me in the right direction.

    Thank you for everyone’s time.

  • Have you checked out GravityForms.com yet? It is a pretty powerful form creation tool.

    Hi Joedacus,

Thanks for the response. I have been using Gravity Forms for a couple of weeks. Great plugin!

The problem I have found is that to get the multi-row dropdown menu of all my products specifications, I have to create each individual row. Which is quite a taste considering the number of different specifications throughtout a multi brand/model line up we have.

I think specifically, I’m looking for way for the user to duplicate the entire row or drowdown menu without me having to recreate them all for each product they want to entire.

I’ve been trying to figure out or think of a work around with perhaps a different plugin. I feel it’s pretty much a multi product order form.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
