contact Form Orange Border

I am also receiving this error. Any help support ?

But there is more: I’m running a multisite installation (3 langages)
The form ie exactly the same for the three sites.
All of them worked perfectly when published in november 2018

Now two of them work regulary:

while one (into the main site) doesn’t.

Initially CF7 was network-activated, I tried single plugin activation with NO changes (2 working one broken)

the broken one is still broken with 2019 – WP default theme.

Any suggestion?

I actually solved this error by simply deactivate, delete, and reinstall the plugin.

Worked perfectly here too!

Also forms were preserved and promptly available after reinstall (exept for one, but maybe it’s my mistake).

Did you delete the plugin using the WP Plugin manager, or just delete the plugin’s folder using FTP and then reinstall?

I read one warning that said to delete the folders using FTP and not use the plugin manager to preserve the forms, then reinstall the plugin using the Plugin manager. Sadly, doing that did not solve our issue.

I am copying all the forms to a text file so I can rebuild if necessary…

I deleted the plugin using the WP Plugin manager.
Then reinstalled it still using plugin manager.

I had my forms deleted only into the main site.

@ramesh2014 – see Contact Form 7 5.1.1 – theme needs to properly loads JavaScript in the footer area of each page.

Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme to see if the problem goes away.

If this fixes the problem & you can’t get your theme fixed, you might try <using Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2 in addition to Contact Form 7. Once installed and configured it offers the same reCaptcha functionality you are used to in previous versions of Contact Form 7 (recommended by CF7 plugin author).

If using default theme doesn’t stop the error, you could have a general WP email sending problem. See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

@sahilmoldharia, @paolobeccari – see I have the same problem! Can I just reply to someone else’s post with “Me too”?.

If is a email problem ,you need to configure your email host and the smpt port. It works for me.

@cragsdell I just deactivate, delete, and then reinstall from Plugin menu in dashboard.

tried these, but did not succed and my forms disappeared ??
no more emais from my form !
desesperate, tried to reinstall a previous ersion, but not useful now

i set up wp-mail-smtp plugin, but still i see the same error, i removed Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2 plugin also, any solutions ?

I had the same error, i fix it with the solution of @buzztone, using Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2 in addition to Contact Form 7.
Now it works fine.
