contact form or search input wont take entry… it links to home page.

    My website https://www.sweetpapertrail.com has a search field and a contact form… I just realized that whenever I try input something into those fields it links (takes me to) to my home page and wont let me input.

    Please help..

    I don’t know where to even start with this one. Could it be a plugin interfering?
