Contact Form On Profile, Any Devs Available?

Hey guys, I want to add a contact form to profile pages, any developers interested in getting paid to help with this project?

This was an existing plugin but they are no longer selling it: https://www.plusplugins.com/ultimate-member-contact-form-documentation/

That plugin added it to a tab, but I’d probably just prefer to have a it on the bottom of the page. (maybe a button that opens a lightbox with form) Is anyone interested in helping with something like this?
