Contact Form Not working since update

    I recently updated to the latest version of WordPress and now my contact form no longer shows in the contact page of my website.
    I can see everything on the admin page. But not when viewing the site normally. I have cleared all my caches, but this has had no affect.

    Hello.

    Are you using any optimization plugin or service (like cloudflare for example)? If so please try clearing the cache of that service/plugin too, generally this is the cause of issues like this.
