Contact Form Not Working – Satoshi Theme

Anyone?

Did you configure the plugin that is creating the contact us page.

It is not a plugin from what I can tell. I disabled ALL plugins, and the contact form still appears, and operates int he exact same manner. It appears that the contact form is built intot he theme.

Then there should be some where in your theme where you need to enter your email address where emails need to be sent Check if you have theme options in Appearance

I already set that all up. Here is more info on what is going on.

If you try to use the form in Firefox, it does not send anything, and it does not work like the one at the demo site. If you access it in IE8, it sends an email correctly, but the confirmation, etc, is on a separate blank page, rather than in the top part of the form, like in the demo.

If that is case then there must be a problem in coding of the form or there might be problem on server check with you host see if they figure it out for you.

Did you follow the instructions that came along with the satoshi theme download? The edits for the scripts/contact-process.php file and the js/contact-form-process.js file?

I had similar problems so I deleted my current Contact page. Then created a new one, made sure to select the Contact template, added it back to my menu, and then refreshed all of my browsers.

Since this is the only post I could find about this I’m wondering if someone can tell me where I would find: js/contact-form-process.js file?
