Contact Form Not Working

  • The JP contact form on my website (click here for contact page) is not working at all. It not only doesn’t send an email, but no message appears in the Feedback tab. I’ve trie disabling and reenabling the plugin. Can anyone help? Thank you!

    P.S. My website was previously infected with malware but has since been fixed. Maybe this has something to do with it?

    I just tested the form on your site, and it seems it was submitted properly. Could you go to the Feedback menu in your dashboard, and let me know if my message appears there?

    If so, did you also receive an email?

    If the message doesn’t appear anywhere, could you try to deactivate each one of your plugins, one at a time, and test to see if a specific plugin is blocking you from submitting forms?
