Contact Form Not Working

A few days ago I was notified that my contact form was not working. It had been working fine for years with no problem. When I tested it, it showed a failed to send alert. So I updated the plugin and updated my wordpress and now it still does not work. When you press the SEND button, it just spins forever with no emails going through.
