Contact Form Not Working

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I’ve installed a new theme and have spent ages getting it set up. Within the theme, includes a stylised contact form which looks great! Only thing is, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried a dozen test emails, none have come through.

I’ve tried a standard contact form which works. So is it the theme that’s the problem?
