Contact form not working

Hi,
I’ve bought a theme called Fullscreen photography wordpress theme. It has an built-in contactform, but it ain’t working and I can not figure out what’s wrong.
The error:
Nothing happens when clicking the button. I do not get any e-mails and no “thank you message” is showing up.Form code:
