it looks like the script of Essential Form is corrupted, probably by Perfmatters or FlyingPress.
Instead of the script I see “<script id=”f2a03b6ec-1-js” type=”text/javascript” defer=”” data-src=”data:text/javascript,essential_form_random_key%20%3D%20Math.floor%28Math.random%28%29%20%2A%2099999999999999%29%3Bfunction%20essential_form_f2a03b6ec_init%28%29%7Bvar%20r%20%3D%20new%20XMLHtt…..”
It will never work like that. I suggest you temporarily deactivate Perfmatters and FlyingPress and check it. If then it works, enable again one of them. Once you discover what plugin is causing the issue, check its settings.
If you need help, I suggest you ask their support.
Check also if you have other plugins that manipulate the JS scripts. Check also on Cloudflare if you are using any functionality related to inline JS.
