Contact form not working

    Hi all, I’m new to wordpress and have been building a personal site with astra theme and a template from Starter templates. I have a contact form at the link above and it states ‘There has been some error while submitting the form. Please verify all form fields again.’

    I have the settings configured in the page editor and don’t see where the issue might be. Perhaps there is a plugin I need to run alongside it, as I’m not sure where the template built the form from. I like the style of the form and would like to keep the form ideally.

  • Hi @drnickhayward24,

    Did you face the error only when Astra is the active theme, or you get the same problem when you temporarily switch the theme to a default WordPress theme?

    Apart from that, I noticed the form is created using our Spectra plugin. If you face the same thing with the default WordPress theme, please ask for help on the Spectra forum. Either our Spectra team or the other users of Spectra will help you there.

    Thank you – It doesn’t work with any theme so I’ll try the Spectra forum.
