Contact Form Not Working

    There seems to be an issue with the form in the Restance theme. I have all the settings in WP SMTP Mail set correctly. The test email from that plugin arrives ok. When someone completes the contact form and submits there is no indication that the form has been submitted successfully and all the fields are left filled in with the users information.

    However, the user receives a confirmation that the form was submitted. But the admin does not receive the form submission.

    Is there something broken in this contact form?

    Many thanks. I had not filled out the admin notification information! It is all working fine now.
