Contact Form not using ‘reply-to’ and ‘From’ headers

    Hello,
    Can you please help me regarding the ‘From’ headers of the Contact form of your plugin. They do not seem to work.

    However I set it up, the E-mail message I recieve from the Contact form does not use the ‘From‘ header correctly.

    Specifically, if I leave the ‘From’ field blank in the settings of the contact form, the e-mail message I recieve fills it with ‘Not Set’ title. It should fill it with the whatever name user has typed into the field.

    The ‘reply-to’ header works perfectly fine, when I click ‘Reply’ button on recieved e-mail message, it automatically populates the header with the sender’s e-mail address.

    I would be very thankful for any help regarding this issue.

    Hi,

    In email notification panel of form builder set a value for form name option and when someone submits it will set it as name so you can always identify these emails are from specific form.
