Contact form not submitting with Salesforce – no lead generated

    I’ve installed this plugin and it’s working fine – displays, submits, sends notification email – but I’m using a shortcode from the Brilliant Web To Lead WordPress plugin and it’s not generating a lead in Salesforce?

    I’d really like to use this plugin as the rest of the functionality is exactly what I need. I read your FAQ doc Why Is A Form Not Working in My Popup? but I’m triggering this form with a button click / class combination, so I don’t have anywhere to add the shortcode on a page.

    For reference, I do have a contact form on our Contact Us page that’s using Brilliant Web To Lead and working fine, generating leads in Salesforce.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
