Contact form not submitting on mobile front end

Hi there,

I am having problems getting the contact forms to work on mobile. Everything is great on desktop, however if a user fills in the form on their mobile and press send, a little icon spins beside the submit button and then nothing else happens.

There is no sent confirmation message shown to the user, and the form is not sent.

Any help troubleshooting this problem would be greatly appreciated.
