Contact Form Not Showing Up

  • Hello,

    I am currently using the Royal Theme with WordPress and am having some troubles getting the contact form to work from within the FAQ dropdown text areas. It seem the contact form works in the first FAQ dropdown, but in the subsequent dropdowns, the contact form is not present. I have tried using the same bit of code from the first FAQ dropdown in the following ones just to see if the code from the “Add contact form” button on those following dropdowns was off, but still no luck.     You can see the first drop down contains the contact form, but none of the others do. Any ideas as to what I could do to correct this?

  • Hi Jason,

    There is a js error on your page which could be having an impact. Have you performed a theme/plugin conflict test?

    You would do this by deactivate all your plugins and if the issue doesn’t occur then you would activate one plugin at time to find which plugin is causing the problem.

    If disabling all the plugins doesn’t help you’ll also want to try changing to default theme such as Twenty Fifteen to see if the theme is causing the issue.

    Thanks for the response Richard,

    I did check all the plugins by deactivating them to no avail. I’ll go ahead and reach out to the creators of the theme and see what they say.
