Contact form not showing

As you can check on this url from my website haciendaminadeoro.com you can’t view the contact form. But as I am te administrator of the website, when I open the website I CAN see it. Why is this happening?

My website is not for users to be logged in, or to add new users, so I need the contact form to be visible for them. How can I make this possible?

Also, I haven’t found that mystickyelements can be integrated to hubspot. Does this integration exist?
