Contact Form Not sending Notification Email but Test Email Works

    Hi, I am a novice WordPress user. I have a contact form in the footer of our webpage,?https://www.aacg.com. I have installed the WPMail SMTP lite plug-in using Brevo. We have another website,?https://www.equitypath.com?with this very same setup and the contact form works.

    I do receive the WP Mail test emails, however, the contact form has only worked 2 times when I tested it while also logged into WordPress–otherwise it has never sent me a contact form email when not logged into WordPress.

    Not sure if this is part of the issue but on my Footer page in WordPress it states “

    “This page is currently selected to be displayed as footer. (Set in Enfold ? Footer).?

    Therefore it cannot be accessed directly by the general public in your frontend. (Logged in users who are able to edit this page can still see it)”

    This comment is not in WordPress for the other website with the working contact form.

    Thanks to @rsouzaam, I confirmed that the From Email in WP Mail SMTP is the same as the From Email in my footer’s contact form.

    I am at a loss.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Looking at the Page Source and the form on https://www.aacg.com/, there is no form from WPForms on that page.

    In case you’re only using WP Mail SMTP, but with another form plugin, please open a topic in the WP Mail SMTP forum. They will be in a better position to help with your issue.

    Thank you for your guidance! I have checked the other WordPress link you sent and checked a few settings based on other user posts there (all looked good on my setup). I now have an inquiry to Brevo.
