Contact form not sending emails

To add on to omhasan98’s problem – I created the form, and it sends, but there’s no attachment (sorry – I haven’t figured out how to create a new thread) https://www.telligentmasonry.com/wordpress/employment-opps/

The email that came back to me said “No file attached” and I had selected a file (a Word document that’s not even 1 MB). The rest of the fields were fine.
