Contact form not sending email notifications

    Hi,

    I’ve successfully used Jetpack contact form by inserting “Add Contact Form’ button from the visual editor on my sites pages. It sent the notifications to my company email.

    Then our email had a security breach. I had also updated all my plug-ins around the same day. Now the jetpack contact form will not send the notifications to our email.

    Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

    Do contact form submissions still appear under the Feedback menu in your site’s dashboard?

    And can you please re-enable the contact form and edit it to change the email address where submissions are sent? Do you receive the emails at that address when you submit the form?

    This will help narrow down if the problem is on Jetpack’s end, or if the emails perhaps just aren’t making it to your inbox for some reason.
