• People told me that they can’t use my online contact form anymore.
    When I tested it, I see the error message with the red border.
    I deactivated each plugin. But that did not solve the problem.
    I tried to not use any captcha, but still it is giving the error message.

    This plugin has been working, and I am not aware of any changes from the server.

    The red border is an SMTP failure. Most likely you’ll need to setup SMTP, or at the very least use the Postman SMTP plugin to determine what the SMTP error is (check the Email Log for error messages), so you can fix it.

    Thanks for your response. I did install postman and I still get the same error message.
    The email log says: Incorrect authentication data

    How can that be? It showed the green checkmark before I proceed.
    Any other idea?

    OK, I have Postman installed, and I am able to get emails sent.

    It works now with the really simple captcha plug in, but not with the Google No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA by WisdmLabs.

    I wanted to use the Google No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA by WisdmLabs because it would allow me to set the language to German, but it did not show up in German anyway. I guess I stick with the really simple captcha.

    Or do you have any better suggestions.

    It works now.
    I have Postman and Google No Captcha installed. I had to change the SMTP to my original server address and not use google SMTP. I had that working before the update. I have no idea why that is not working anymore.
