Contact form not sending email

Hi,

I’m using Hestia for an accounting firm website. I’ve used the contact page that came with the theme and merely substituted the address and phone numbers as well as the google map on this page. I do not believe this is the same contact form that’s in the customizer (Appearance > Hestia Options > Customizer > Front Page Sections > Contact) but it seems to be an Elementor contact form.

When I built the site I used my personal email address for testing and when I used the contact form I did receive email from the contact form. However, the emails need to go to one of the accountants and not me. I finally found the email address box (where my email address was) when editing with Elementor. I clicked the contact form to edit it, then from the Elementor column on the left, under Content, I select “Form Settings.” I’ve changed the email address in the “Send To” box to the accountant’s email address but when we submit the form he is not getting any emails. I don’t understand what’s wrong. The form was working when my address was in the Send To box but now it doesn’t seem to be working. Can you give me any help? Thanks
