contact form not sending

  • I have 2 forms and they are not sending the emails. Originally they were just sitting there and just spinning. I have rolled back my version as others have tried but it is still not sending emails. It says it did now but nothing comes through. I have updated my wordpress and PHP.
    Please help. this seems to be since the last update.
