Contact Form not displaying – shortcode displays as text

Hello,
I am facilitating a hosting transfer for a client and have run into an issue with the contact form 7 plugin. Where the contact forms used to display now show only the shortcode, failing to display the form itself. I have explored the health check plugin to try the default theme and deactivated plugins but that did not resolve the issue either. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
