Contact form, no stmp

    Hi, after finishing work on a website, the owner called me and told me their contact form stopped working after my work. (Contact Form 7)

    I get this error

    SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
 (10061)

    I do not host the site, the previous designer does. Are their any wordpress contact plugins that do not use STMP?
