contact form message not coming through to email

  • Hi i have a discovery form on my website and when i fill it in as a test run i receive an email but there is no details being sent with all the filled in questions. The form has about 12 boxes to put details in but nothing seems to be sent across to the email i receive

    the message comes through like this

    This e-mail was sent from a contact form on My Blog (https://philip-redmond.net)

    but there is no attatchmet or info about the form that was filled in. yes it says successfull when sent and is going through to my inbox and not marked as spam
