• I am inquiring to see if your WP plugin, Contact Form Maker, even with an add-on or an additional plugin is capable of taking form submissions and transferring the data to existing pre-made PDF forms.

My client uses existing PDF forms and in transitioning to collecting the data via a web site form has the following requirements:

    – The data collected on the form must populate and send a password protected PDF file to my clients email.
    – The customer (submitter) is to receive an email for the data without the PDF file. In addition, not all forms fields and their corresponding data is to be emailed to the customer as some fields contain personally identifiable information.
    – Existing fillable PDF forms must be utilized.

    Thank you.

  • Hello, @jeffmall!

Thank you for posting your inquiry!

Please note, that Contact Form Maker has an add-on, PDF Integration, which generates a PDF file based on the values submitted on the form.

This file can be sent to Administrator and/or submitter, and its content can be edited.

But unfortunately, the PDF file cannot be password-protected. And regarding to the last question:

    – Existing fillable PDF forms must be utilized.

Could you please specify it a bit?
    Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
