Contact form looks wrong

I changed my theme to OceanWP. Suddently all of my comment forms in mye blogposts looks like the bottom of the link. It′s only the text section that is shown.
Why is the name and e-mail just text over it. Like this:

name (required) e-mail (required) webpage
