Nope, nothing happend.

I’ve manage to solve this problem.

With Simple Custom CSS I’ve add

.contact-us .input-box, textarea {
width: 100% !important;
margin: auto;
margin-bottom: 20px;
border-radius: 4px;
}

It worked fine for me. Anyway thanks for your time.
