Contact form keeps saying message not sent

Hello.
So I added contact form 7, made a custom contact form and created a new page. Now when I test it, it keeps saying that there is an error with sending the form through.I have triple checked everything, the email address does work but I have no clue whats going on. And I successfully validated the contact form.
